ZIGO sign-The structural design and installation in the guidance system are an intermediate discipline between traditional architectural design and visual communication.

The structural design and installation in the guidance system are an intermediate discipline between traditional architectural design and visual communication, and an information interface system that combines the relationship between the environment and people. Next, ZIGO will continue to explain the "Outdoor pedestrian signs" in the signage system project of Shenzhen Tefa Xiaomeisha MGM Hotel.

"Outdoor pedestrian signs" is a column belonging to "Outdoor directory signs". In this project, ZIGO divides "Outdoor pedestrian signs" into surface structures and internal structures for segmentation processing. The columns with the surface structure of "Outdoor pedestrian signs" are constructed using ultra-high performance concrete. The guidance information on the concrete surface, as well as the MGM English letter logo and the lion logo of the MGM brand image, are made of 5mm thick # 316 stainless steel plate, laser engraved shape, and surface fluorocarbon paint technology. The internal structure of "Outdoor Pedestrian signs" mainly consists of main keel, reinforced keel, reinforcement bars, pre embedded hot-dip galvanized steel keel, 8mm thick base steel plate, M10 * 80mm built-in expansion bolts, C30 concrete  and gravel cushion layer. The main keel is made of 3mm thick 30 * 50mm hot-dip galvanized steel welded together, mainly used to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire Outdoor Pedestrian signs. Strengthening the keel and reinforcing ribs are mainly used to assist the main keel in ensuring the stability of outdoor pedestrian signs. The embedded hot-dip galvanized steel keel and base steel plate, as well as the built-in expansion bolts, are responsible for fixing the entire Outdoor Pedestrian signs. At this point, the entire "Outdoor pedestrian signs" have been installed.
