ZIGO sign-What is UV printing process?

UV printing is a printing process that uses UV light to dry and solidify ink, requiring the combination of ink containing photosensitizers and UV curing lamps. The difference from traditional inkjet printing lies in the fact that UV printing equipment has UV ink and UV lamps, which utilize the components of UV ink to undergo cross-linking polymerization reaction under specific wavelengths of UV light, accelerating ink formation and achieving instant drying effect. In addition, it solves the problem of not using white ink with color ink, forming a unique artistic style.UV printing can be used for color photo level printing on T-shirts, sliding doors, cabinet doors, sliding doors, glass, sheets, various signs, crystals, PVC, acrylic, metal, plastic, stone, leather, and other surfaces. No need for plate making to complete printing in one go, beautiful and rich colors, wear-resistant, UV resistant, simple and convenient operation, fast printing image speed, fully in line with industrial printing standards.

Advantages:

(1) Colorful and diverse, it can print gradient colors, and the picture has a strong sense of hierarchy.

(2) Batch production is possible without the need for advance plate making. As long as the corresponding file is input, multiple colors can be transformed into graphics or text at once, with fast production speed and large batch size.

(3) Non contact printing, suitable for printing on leather or textured materials (1mm surface roughness). And it can allow for a certain degree of curvature (5-7MM), and the ink amount is very small, printing on the fabric will not affect its texture at all.

(4) Special effect, 3D relief three-dimensional patterns can be printed on the surface of the material, and the patterns can be customized without restrictions. Eight colors with clear 2mm lines can be printed.

(5) Ink has a short solidification time and does not require long or low temperature baking, resulting in faster shipping efficiency.
