ZIGO sign undertook the design project of guiding signage system for Shenzhen Jitterbug Group Houhai Center. As an important commercial office project, Shenzhen Jitterbug Group Houhai Center is committed to providing an efficient, convenient and comfortable office environment for employees and visitors. The design of the project's guide signage system is one of its key components.

With a total GFA of 76,600 square meters, this project marks an important layout for Jitterbug Group in Shenzhen. The entire project cycle was 6 months, including 2 months for design deepening, 3 months for production and 1 month for installation. A total of 2,980 guide signs had to be produced and installed, which will greatly facilitate the daily operation of Jitterbug Group's Houhai Center.

During the deepening design phase, we combined the needs of modern office buildings and utilized the expertise of wayfindingsystemdesign and wayfindingsignagedesign to ensure that each sign guides visitors and employees accurately and efficiently. DEEPENING THE DESIGN PLAN

The group contains a number of functional areas such as office space, conference facilities, leisure areas, etc. The internal structure of the building is complex, with a variety of floor layouts and a dense distribution of passages and staircases. During the design stage, the team tested different signage solutions through simulation to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the design, and promptly adjusted and optimized the solutions. After the start of the project, our team conducted a detailed site survey to collect detailed data of the building interior, including the dimensions, layout and pedestrian flow of each area, and continuously verified and adjusted the signage location, content and form to ensure that the signage system was highly compatible with the building structure and usage requirements.
