Tencent Headquarters Public School and Activity Center - ZIGO's Architectural Signage System

With a land area of 809,000 square meters, a development scale of 2 million square meters, and an investment of 31.9 billion yuan, the “Internet Plus” Future Science and Technology City project will mainly build innovative industrial housing, commercial and living support facilities, a science and technology exhibition hall, and a data and intelligence control center. Built to become Tencent's global headquarters, the project will create a landmark technology park in Binhai and further expand Tencent's global influence.ZIGO is pushing ahead with this signage design project for Tencent's headquarters in Shenzhen, which includes the design of guide signs for activity centers and public schools.

Design Concept

In terms of design concept, we take “integration and innovation” as the core. Taking into account the technology and modernity of Tencent's headquarters, we combined clean lines and vibrant colors to create a wayfinding system design that can guide people to their destinations accurately and show Tencent's unique cultural charm.

Project Installation

Due to the complexity and uniqueness of Tencent's headquarters building structure, many of the installation locations were difficult to reach, posing a huge challenge to the actual installation of the wayfinding signagedesign. For example, the high ceiling area of the activity center required special climbing equipment and precise operations to ensure a solid and accurate sign installation. In addition, public school areas have strict time constraints for installation, so as not to disrupt normal teaching and learning. This required our installation team to have efficient organizational skills and the ability to respond quickly, carefully planning each installation step. Through close communication with Tencent's headquarters and continuous optimization of the solution, our wayfindingsystemfactory provides strong support and guarantees the timely supply of high-quality signage products.

We believe that through our efforts, the wayfindingsystemfactory will become a beautiful landscape of Tencent headquarters in Shenzhen, providing high quality guidance services for employees, visitors and students.
